Join us for Life on Mission 2026: Faithful Distinctions! At this year's conference our speaker, Dr. Jordan Cooper, will focus on strengthening our Protestant convictions in response to challenges and questions arising from our Roman Catholic friends, family, and neighbors. In our New England context, there is a current movement seeing an increasing shift of Roman Catholics attending Protestant churches. With this gracious engagement, congregations and their members are continuously confronted with questions about the differences between these two major Christian branches.

Dr. Jordan Cooper, is the Executive Director of Just & Sinner, Fellow of Systematic Theology at the Weidner Institute, and the Chair of Lutheran Dogmatics at the American Lutheran Theological Seminary. Dr. Cooper is also an ordained Lutheran pastor and serves as Campus Minister in Residence with Lutheran Student Fellowship at Cornell University.

This year's conference will address questions like: How are Protestants and Roman Catholics united in Christ by one faith? How do Protestants and Roman Catholics differ on biblical authority and Christ's redeeming work? There will be a dedicated Saturday evening Q&A session to allow attendees deeper engagement with the talks.
